Mondays 5:30 pm- Spinning (1 hr)
Tuesday- Weight workout at home (30 minutes)
Walking with L'Chelle (1 1/2 hr)
Wednesday- Spinning (1 hr)
Thursday- Weight workout at home (30 minute)
Walking with L'Chelle (1 1/2 hr)
Friday- Weight workout at home 30 minute

That is my plan... I am determined to stick to it for the next 4 weeks.
Caveats: 5:30 spin class depends on Lee getting home from work in time:) Not hard with him in school right now- but when class ends March 17- he could possibly fly nights- which could make it tricky!
Walking with L'Chelle depends on weather. Since we both have kiddos (6 between us)- bad weather= no walking (cause neither of us want sick kiddos!)
PS- BIG thank yous in advance to... Crystal for pressuring me to go to her classes and kicking my butt while I am there & Katie for messaging me tonight to tell me she is going tomorrow night to spinning which reminded me of the fact that I am starting a new plan tomorrow, L'Chelle for walking with me & keeping me entertained with fun conversation & flying children (GO Jace) and my honey for giving me a realistic weight program & the kickbutt weight pulley machine that does everything I need!! Oh & the awesome elliptical machine that could replace outside walks in bad weather!
