Really- as if living in Europe is not the best already... I mean the bread, coffee, housing, experiences...
But we can completely take advantage of 4 day weekends...
This weekend was Prague- Czech Republic...
The picture above is of the only Prague cemetary for Jews for almost 300 years (ended sometime in 1700's)... they packed SOO many into the cemetary- the stones have all shifted..
We stayed at the Marriott. Amazing hotel. ***** For other mommas out there- five star hotels are fabulous- right? But it is no different than a two star when you have kiddos with you... the beds were indeed comfy- but the ten month old still woke me up at 6:30am :)
The second day of touring- we used the stroller and the plastic weather cover- which was awesome since it was lightly snowing! He napped in that twice too!
Inside of the cathedral
Standing in the Old Town Square. This is day three- with the light snow on the ground. I could have sat in this square for hours- in one of the outdoor cafes that were in closed in.... with heater stands in the middle of the tables. They had big wicker chairs with cushions... so awesome!
Looking over the city from one of the highest points- the Cathedral tower at the Castle... I made Lee climb the 287 (I think) stairs- cause it wasn't happening with lil man cause he was napping... plus- who would want to climb that many stairs with a 20 lb kid on your back??

On our walk through Prague to the Castle section. Behind us is the Charles Bridge- a pedestrian bridge that is lined with artists and fun stuff for sale... You can see the castle up on the hill behind us...

Prague was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! We will definitely go back at least one more time. But next time it will be in warmer weather! It would be an amazing trip to take visitors too---- just saying--- hint hint!!
